Measure conversion rate by country

A visitor from one country can be 10× more likely to pay than one from another. If you treat all traffic the same, you'll waste money chasing visitors who never convert.

Why this matters

Conversion rate (and revenue) by country tells you where to localize, where to run ads, where to adjust pricing, and which "big traffic" markets are actually low-value. For a small team, that focus is everything.

Why most analytics tools can't tell you

Most tools show visitors by country easily. Conversion rate by country, and especially revenue by country, usually requires goal or ecommerce setup plus manual segmentation. It's possible, but few founders build it.

  1. Connect a payment provider, or set a custom goal as your conversion
  2. Open the Countries card (or the real-time map) in your dashboard
  3. Add a country filter and read Conversion rate and Revenue/visitor
