# Social mentions

Ask your agent “Who mentioned my brand in the last 30 days?” or search the stored mentions shown on your DataFast chart.

Requires `analytics:read` for account tokens. Starter includes up to **three sampled mentions across X and Reddit per requested date range**. Growth includes all available mentions. The cap is applied before text/platform filters and pagination, so changing those options cannot reveal additional mentions for the same range. A different date range can produce a different chart sample.

These endpoints read stored mentions; they do not perform a fresh X or Reddit search. Discovery timing and coverage match the dashboard. Starter discovery pauses Reddit once the website has 20 combined stored X/Reddit mentions, and pauses X at 100. These are cumulative limits across all dates; existing mentions are kept.
